Consisting of two independent quick-change vertical spindles equipped with brushless motors, the Record filter machines perform high-precision machining. The unmachined parts are accompanied to the machining stage by a highly efficient automatic handling system that selects, aligns and inserts them into the tapping station. Subsequent clamping of the workpiece can take place hydraulically or pneumatically, depending on customer requirements. The independent strokes and working speeds are entered via the operator panel and can be memorized, recalled and adapted to the workpiece being machined.

The tapping torque is controlled by a microprocessor system that allows the wear of the taps to be constantly checked and a high quality product to be obtained. Customized solutions and applications are always verifiable to meet all market requirements.
