UM30 SEMI-AUTOMATIC TAPPING MACHINE

The UM30 is a semi-automatic tapping machine that fits perfectly into any production environment. Starting with the standard version, the UM30 is equipped with first-class components to meet the production needs of the most demanding customers.

Available in versions with automatic or robotised loading and unloading, this tapping machine can thread up to M30 (and equivalent) on steel, with extreme precision and speed of execution. The electronics, complete with part protection and workpiece presence devices, further refine the result of the finished product, guaranteeing an extremely refined thread quality.

Pliable according to requirements, the UM30 automatic tapping machine from Record Macchine Utensili can be equipped with a multiple head to allow several threads to be machined simultaneously.

The simple and intuitive operator panel allows the machine parameters to be set according to one’s needs with the possibility of saving and recalling the various programs.

The absence of the patron for defining the thread pitch and the constructive architecture reduce maintenance interventions to a minimum with a substantial saving in the use of the machine.
